The Bridging Generations in the Workplace Conference offers helpful workshop tools and takeaways to lead and work with multigenerational workforces. Seven generations of people now comprise the U.S. workforce. From Baby Boomers to Millennials, Gen X to Gen Z, an intergenerational workforce is bound to have different communication styles. Coworkers from different generations in a shared workplace possess different communication styles, expectations, levels of experience, expertise, and perspectives. Bridging differences while working toward a common goal successfully involves adapting how people work with others. The conference features presenters and workshops that cover Intergenerational Awareness, Communication, and Employer Brand Strategy. Breakfast and lunch included as well as networking with others in HR, talent acquisition, and leadership roles.
