A two-part workshop on data analytics as a process used for strategic decision making. Participants learn the terminology of data science, common analytics strategies, and consider the big questions that they should be asking in their organizations. Instructor Dr. Alex Francisco (PhD, University of Missouri–Kansas City) is the senior population health scientist at the Kansas City Health Department, and the director of the Office of Population Health Science and Statistics.
