Mayoral Tech Forum

Technology is the fastest-growing industry in the region, representing 10% of the area’s economy, employing nearly 100,000 citizens, and creating thousands of new jobs each year. The next mayoral administration will play a key role in shaping the future of the tech industry in our region.

The forum will ask candidates to share their position on various issues critical to sustaining the growth of the tech industry. Issues covered will include regulation of the sharing economy, building the tech workforce pipeline, implementation of smart cities infrastructure and other topics.
