For the third year in a row, Kansas City landed the no. 2 spot on Smart Asset’s “Best Cities for Women in Tech” list. Of the factors analyzed, KC stood out for its nearly non-existent industry pay gap. Yet, Smart Asset found our city falls short when it comes to filling the growing number of tech jobs with women.
