The Director, Solution Management is responsible for solution strategy, execution, and lifecycle from conception to launch via collaboration with clients, executives, engineering, marketing, sales, and client experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of solution strategy and roadmaps based on client insights, market analysis, and business objectives.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams to drive the solution development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis initiatives to identify opportunities for solution innovation and differentiation.
- Develop effective partnerships across the team with solution marketing and client experience to evaluate client satisfaction and areas of opportunity.
- Lead the annual update of a 3-year vision and strategy document for areas of responsibility, and ensure business opportunities are surfaced for annual budget planning.
- Drive tracking and analysis of solution performance, make data-driven decisions to optimize results, and drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience
- At least 4-5 years of relevant management work experience
- At least 5 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
